When do michael and sara get together




















When getting to know each other, Michael asks why someone like Sara, being the governor's daughter and all, would choose to work in a prison. She states that she believes in being part of the solution. There is no doubt from this first meeting that Michael and Sara had chemistry and understood each other's humor which was a must in this relationship. When Sara finds out that Michael and Lincoln are brothers, she suddenly feels a sense of empathy for Michael and extends him a listening ear in the prison.

Not only does she provide Michael with a sense of emotional support during his visits but is considerate enough to schedule Michael and Lincolns' infirmary visits close to each other so the brothers catch a glimpse of one another in the prison. Sara goes as far as looking into Michael's past and when asked by fellow nurse Katie why she was doing so, she said that she felt like Michael was someone she could get through to.

Michael not only puts himself in danger by rescuing Sara but also risks jeopardizing his breakout plans to save the good doctor. Not only did he bring her to safety that day but he also made sure she was protected throughout. Although this does not mend their relationship, it is obvious that they both still cared for each other.

The promo for the episode shows Michael Wentworth Miller and Sara Sarah Wayne Callies in a reunion that many have been waiting for since the show implicated that the former might be gone forever. In season 2, when Agent Blondie attempted to kill her. In season 3, she was meant to be killed by Gretchen Morgan.

In season 4, when a Company operative send by Christina Scofield tried to kill Michael and Sara, but ended up dead by Michael. She searches for clues about Michael's background, and though she knows that something is utterly suspicious, she can't stop herself from being attracted to him. Sara becomes jealous though and distances herself from Michael when she discovers he had a conjugal visit from his " wife ". On Lincoln Burrows' execution day, Sara went to her father to ask him to review Lincoln's case after Michael pleaded with her.

After Michael tells Sara about his planned escape, Sara is confronted with the decision whether she should help Michael or not. Horribly distressed at what she had done, Sara injects herself with morphine which she took from the infirmary. Suspected for being an accessory to the escape, the police officers charge into her apartment with an emergency warrant and finds her to be nearly dead from a drug overdose.

Sara finally awakens in the hospital after having a series of flashbacks of Michael. Later, Sara finds an origami swan in her purse, which held a message left by Michael - "There's a plan to make all of this right". After her arrest from the hospital, which further strains the relationship between her father and herself, Sara becomes the target of " The Company ". Michael's phone call to Sara prompts Sara to take notice of the origami swans Michael continues to send her.

Her apologies to her father and her father's subsequent visit in the following episode resurrects their relationship. Sara eventually learns that Kellerman is not to be trusted when her father recognizes him as a Secret Service agent while he was in Washington, D. However, her father's act to save her compromises his nomination for the vice presidency. When Sara goes to her father's residence to find him, she sees him hanging in an apparent suicide.

As she leaves, she finds a mysterious gold key lying under her purse, which had fallen out of her father's pocket. Unbeknown-st to Sara, this key may help to prove Lincoln's innocence, which is revealed in a subsequent episode.

The next three episodes follows Sara as she overcomes several obstacles to meet Michael at a rendezvous point. When Michael asks her to come with him to Panama , Sara is disappointed by his plan. After leaving a note, she goes to her car, where she then changes her mind about leaving but is confronted by Kellerman. Kellerman proceeds to torture Sara 2x11 , in an effort to obtain information about a USB drive he thinks her father gave her.

When Sara denies having any knowledge of it, Kellerman decides to drown Sara in a tub. However, she escapes in the following episode but hurts herself in the process. After Michael and Lincoln are captured by Mahone, Sara changes her appearance by shortening her hair and throws her wallet with her IDs away.

Later, Sara returns and has traveled from New Mexico to Missouri. On the train to Chicago, Sara admits to Michael that she has fallen in love with him. Michael and Sara eventually retrieves the evidence with the help of Henry Pope. When all hope seemed lost for Michael and Linlcon when Caroline stepped down as President they decided their only option left was to resume their original plan to run away and start a new life in Panama.

Michael called Sara and she agreed, driving to the dock to meet with Michael and Linlcon on the boat, but realized she was being followed by the FBI. Knowing if she continued, Michael and Linlcon would be captured, Sara decided to sacrifice herself to give Michael and Linlcon their freedom and surrendered herself.

A week later, Sara's trial began, but it wasn't going well, appearing Sara would serve 12 years for aiding and abetting Michael and Linlcon. However, much to Sara's surprise and astonishment, Paul Kellerman, Sara's former captor and former agent of the Company came forward as a witness, fully exposing the truth about the company as well as Linlcon's innocence. Due to his help, Sara and Linlcon were cleared of all charges, making them free people once again.

Sara eventually managed to locate and once again was reunited with Michael and Linlcon, informing the brothers of Linlcon's freedom and working on Michael's freedom. However, their happiness was quickly short lived when William Kim, another agent of the Company arrived attempting to kill Michael and Linlcon until he was shot by Sara. With the police nearby, the brothers and Sara quickly made a run for it with Sara feeling an immense amount of shock and remorse for killing another human being.

They quickly hidden in an abandon house, but the police had they surrounded. Michael comforted Sara, assuring they would tell the police everything that happened and they shared a kiss and once again confessed their love for each other.

However, refusing to let the woman he love spend her life in prison, Michael instead pretends to take Sara hostage and takes the blame for what happened. Sara is held back as she claims Michael's innocence. Later, Sara is taken to the police station to give a statement about what happened, but she mysteriously disappears. In the third season, it takes place shortly after the events of the second season finale.

Sara is still missing from the events of the previous season finale and Linlcon continues his search for Sara, trying to locate her at hospitals and informing the police of her disappearance. Eventually, Linlcon learns Sara was kidnapped by the Company and she along with his son LJ, are being held hostage.

Linlcon informs Michael of the situation and Michael is determind to succeed at his task in order to save Sara. Michael manages to make a phone call to Sara and she leaves another hint. Linlcon manages to track down the location, but fails to rescue Sara and LJ. After the failed rescue attempt, Linlcon is contacted by the Company agent, Gretchen and informs Linlcon of a present waiting for him. Much to Linlcon's shock, he finds the box contains Sara's head.

The Company killed Sara to prove they mean business and again threaten LJ's life. With no other option, Linlcon tries to balance the orders of both the Company and his brother Michael to ensure the survival of LJ. However, upon doing so, Linlcon keeps the truth about Sara's death a secret from Michael for sometime until the second escape attempt does Michael finally learn the truth about Sara's demise. Michael is heartbroken over the loss of Sara and her fate weighs heavily on him throughout the remainder of the season, with his friends and former enemies showing sympathy towards Michael's loss of losing Sara.

By the end of the season, when Michael and the gang manage to escape from Sona Prison, Michael swears to track down Gretchen and avenge Sara's death. In the season four premiere, three weeks after the events of the third season finale, Michael has managed to track down both James and Gretchen and confronts them, finally ready to avenge Sara.

However, Gretchen reveals shocking information, revealing Sara actually escaped and her death was faked to ensure they continued to hold leverage over Michael and Linlcon. Michael is shocked by the news, but gives the possibility some thought and after some confirmation by James Whistler and Alex Manhone, Michael decides his new mission will be find and reunite with Sara.

Eventually, Michael is shortly after reunited with his brother Linlcon who are confronted by an old ally of their father's wishing for their help to form a team to take down the Company. Michael shows no interest, only concerned about finding Sara, until they are interrupted when they are freed by Bruce Bennett, an close friend of Sara's family.

Bruce takes Michael and Linlcon to a secret safe house and much to Michael's shock and happiness is reunited with Sara who is very much alive.

It's revealed shortly after Sara escaped the Company, she seeked Bruce's help and has been in hiding ever since. However, Sara is also revealed to have greatly suffered during her time held captive, suffering from several scars and leaving her emotional traumatised. However, during their reunion, they are quickly attacked by a Company assasin and decide to take the offer to join the team to finally take down the Company once and for all.

Sara agrees to join them on their mission and becomes part of the team alongside Michael, Linlcon, Surce, Bellick and Manhone. The team begin their mission, traveling to Los Angeles to break into the Company headquarters.

Since their arrival in Los Angeles, Sara and the gang begin their mission to finally take down the Company, the first step being to track down the holder of a Scylla Card nesscary for the break into the Company headquarters that is described as the Company's "black book". However, the team discover the Scylla card is more than one piece of information, learning there are six other cards that are guarded by other Company members.

Throughout the season, Sara and the team track down each card holder to acquire the information while at the same time, Sara is attempting to recover from her capture and the torment she endured from Gretchen. Shortly after the mission begins, Sara is devastated to learn Bruce has been killed and goes to bar to have time alone and drown her sorrows, being comforted by a bartender. Sara is reassured and on her way back to the hideout, she quickly discovers she is being tracked by the mysterious Company assassin sent to kill Michael and Linlcon.

Sara manages to evade and reunites with Michael and the team. Sara and Michael's relationship becomes stringer throughout the season, but Sara becomes worried about Michael when Linlcon informs her that Michael is suffering from a brain tumour that killed their mother.

Later, halfway through the season, the team are forced to align themselves with Gretchen and T-Bag much to Sara's shock and horror.
