Go north after you regain control to grab the Hyper Potion. After getting the Hyper Potion, go to the floating rock, pushing it south, and battle the Scientist. Then go south and west of the stairs to find two more floating rocks.
Push the southernmost rock westward and walk around the big one to obtain an Iron. Return to and go down the stairway. Continue along the path and you'll soon find a couple of people beside the wall.
Speak to these Nugget Brothers to receive two Nuggets. Go west and up the stairs when possible. Don't hop off this ledge! Return to the Nugget Brothers and go north and along the east path to find and battle a Doctor. After this, and every time you talk to him, he'll heal your Pokemon. Head northwest now and you'll find two Team Plasma Grunts you will separately battle. Defeat both of them and go west to find a Timer Ball. Then go north to fight another Grunt.
Then follow the path northeastwardly to find, you guessed it, another Grunt, with another to the west. Then go down the western stairs and push the floating rock to the left. Walk southwest between the two big rocks and you'll find a Thunderstone.
Then go north and push the second floating rock up. Then go and battle the Grunt, with another one to the east. Then go down the western stairway.
Go south to find and battle an Ace Trainer. After the battle, push the floating rock nearby to the east. Go south now and battle another Ace Trainer. Descend the stairs near her and you'll find a Hyper Potion. Then walk around the outer edge of the cliff and you'll find a Rare Candy.
That'll be it for this floor. Return to and ascend the stairs you entered by. Go east, past the defeated Grunts, and up the stairs. Go south to find three different pathways. Go west to battle a Scientist. Go further along to find a floating rock, which, when pushed, will let you back to cave's beginning.
Return to the intersection and go south. You'll battle an Ace Trainer on the way. Return to the intersection and heal up your Pokemon some. Then go east to find, speak with, and battle N. After the battle, Prof. Juniper and Bianca appear and speak with N and you. After the conversation ends and you regain control, you can now leave through the exit nearby to arrive in Mistralton City. When you arrive, go into the nearby Pokemon Center. Heal up and speak with one of the people in there.
