Here is what I would suggestions: Easy for the do-it-yourself-er! Okay, go to a local fabric store and purchase a decorative drapery rod with decorative finials, wall brackets and matching metal rings. The 40" plus window buy two wall brackets.

The 74" windows I would purchase an three wall brackets, one for the center. Also oversize the width of rods for the window treatment to stack back out of the way. Or to save money on the drapery rod, only purchase the finials, wall brackets and metal rings in Flat Black will be least expensive for this idea.

Then go to a local metal pipe supply company and order the diameter you need to fit the finials. The pipe company can cut them to size. The raw pipe will be oiling, take care of your car and clothes.
